Important
This website handles product enquiries and quotation requests. No order or payment is processed through the website. Returns, cancellations, refunds and warranty therefore depend on the specific product, the supplier's terms, applicable law and the separate agreement made between you and SHRI NATH AND COMPANY at the time of purchase.
1. Enquiries and quotations
Because there is no checkout or online payment on this website, submitting an enquiry can always be withdrawn before any agreement is reached. No charges arise from using the enquiry or quotation forms.
2. Cancellation after an order
Where goods or services are ordered through a separate agreement, the cancellation terms (including whether an advance is refundable, any restocking charges, and the point after which an order cannot be cancelled) will be defined in that agreement, invoice or proforma, and are influenced by the supplier's own policy for the specific product.
3. Returns & refunds
Return eligibility, condition requirements, time windows and refund method vary by product and manufacturer. We do not publish a universal refund period or guarantee, as none is assumed. Applicable consumer and product-liability rights under Indian law are not affected.
4. Warranty & service
Warranty, if any, is generally provided by the product manufacturer or supplier and is subject to their terms. Where SHRI NATH AND COMPANY facilitates warranty or service requests, it does so on behalf of, and subject to, the relevant manufacturer's or supplier's policy.
5. How to raise a request
Contact us with your invoice/reference number and details of the product. We will review your request against the applicable agreement and supplier terms and respond with the available options.
